Elmina’s extensive experience in community services, spanning employment, settlement, youth and family services, and community development, gives her a unique mix of practical and leadership expertise. This background positions her perfectly to offer consultancy in practice, leadership, community engagement, and advocacy.  

Having led a range of multidisciplinary teams, combined with her own direct practice in mental health, education and homelessness, Elmina is able to provide individual and group reflective practice sessions. Creating a supportive environment where participants can introspect about their practice to encourage ongoing learning by reflecting on one’s experiences, actions, values and beliefs. Elmina’s expertise also includes aiding teams in flourishing, assisting leaders in fostering positive and motivational team environments. 

Having dedicated much of her career to supporting Australia’s diverse communities, Elmina possesses a profound ability to assist organizations, regardless of their size, towards enabling community-led and meaningful social change.
